Citizens' Oversight Committees - Measure E and Measure T

Measure E

On February 5, 2008, the taxpayers of Palm Springs Unified School District passed Measure E, authorizing $516 million in General Obligation Bonds. In accordance with State Law, (which became effective following the passage of Proposition 39) the District has formed and appointed a Citizens' Oversight Committee to review and inform the public regarding the expenditure of bond proceeds.

Measure T

On November 2, 2004, the taxpayers of Palm Springs Unified School District passed Measure T, authorizing $120 million in General Obligation Bonds. In accordance with State Law, (which became effective following the passage of Proposition 39) the District has formed and appointed a Citizens' Oversight Committee to review and inform the public regarding the expenditure of bond proceeds.
