Mission Statement

Keep the district in compliance with all procurement laws, guidelines and established policies Assist district employees in procurement of merchandise and services needed to successfully manage the departments and school sites throughout the school year Liaison between vendors and district employees Prepare bids for all equipment, supplies, services and construction related projects for the district Identify, establish and maintain adequate stock levels for commonly used warehouse items Expedite requests and needs of the district in the most cost efficient and timely manner Provide and maintain all District Purchase Order Terms and Conditions Create and maintain the Purchasing Calendar with deadlines for each Fiscal Year End.
